2 chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh basil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the cheese mixture.
