- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, heavy cream, and butter over medium heat.
