Philly Cheesesteak Sliders Using Hawaiian Rolls

Enjoy delicious Philly cheesesteak sliders made with turkey bacon on soft Hawaiian rolls.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound sliced beefsteak
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the turkey bacon, cooking until crispy.
  3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  4. Add the sliced beefsteak, garlic powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until the beef is browned.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer the beef mixture and provolone cheese.
  6. Place the sliders on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add jalapeños or avocado as toppings.
  • Allow sliders to cool before storing.
