Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Add the cooked steak back to the pot and mix in the provolone cheese until melted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
