- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
