  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in pineapple chunks, bell pepper, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes until everything is heated through.
