  • 1/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the pink lemonade concentrate.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Once cooled, frost with powdered sugar mixed with a little pink lemonade concentrate.
