- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 wooden skewers
