  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  4. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges lift slightly, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes on a plate.
  6. To serve, spread whipped cream on each crepe, top with raspberries, and fold.

Notes
