  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage and cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheese, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the sausage mixture until combined.
  6. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
