  • 1 jar beef gravy
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Pour beef gravy over the meatballs and cover the dish with foil.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15 minutes.
  7. Drain potatoes and mash them with milk and butter until creamy.
  8. Serve meatballs over mashed potatoes and garnish as desired.
