  • 1 loaf bread
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Slice the loaf of bread in half and layer the cheese mixture and turkey bacon on the bottom half.
  5. Top with the other half of the bread and wrap in foil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
