  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese and cooked turkey bacon.
  4. In a cast iron skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Pour the batter into the skillet and transfer it to the oven.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the Dutch baby is puffed and golden brown.
