  • 8 ounces macaroni
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. Add chicken ham to the same saucepan and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. In another pot, melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Stir in shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Combine the macaroni, cheese sauce, turkey bacon, and chicken ham, mixing well.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • For extra flavor, add some smoked paprika or garlic powder to the cheese sauce.
