- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with taco seasoning and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Layer half of the cheese, beef mixture, onions, and jalapeños on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
