2 cups cooked spaghetti
1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheese, diced tomatoes, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the casserole.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
For an extra kick, add more hot sauce or diced jalapeños.
This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
