Spinach and Artichoke Wonton Cups: A Healthy, Delicious Twist

SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE WONTON CUPS

Deliciously healthy spinach and artichoke wonton cups that are perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Brush a muffin tin with olive oil, and place a wonton wrapper in each cup, folding the edges down.
  4. Fill each wonton with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
  • Can be made ahead of time and reheated.
