- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brush a muffin tin with olive oil, and place a wonton wrapper in each cup, folding the edges down.
- Fill each wonton with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
