Steak Bites with Garlic Butter & Parmesan

Delicious steak bites cooked to perfection and tossed in a mouthwatering garlic butter sauce topped with Parmesan cheese.

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley over the top before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the cooking time based on how you like your steak (rare to well done).
