  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix in chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham until well incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
