- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, and fresh basil.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
- Mix the egg mixture into the cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
