  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a baking dish, layer sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour over the potatoes.
  5. Top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
