Thanksgiving Leftover Turkey Cranberry Sliders

A delightful way to use up your Thanksgiving leftovers!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 8 slider rolls
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and fresh parsley.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon the turkey mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top of the turkey mixture.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the sliders are golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some chopped green onions or a dash of hot sauce to the turkey mixture.
  • These sliders are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for a couple of days.
