Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread, cubed
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the cubed bread in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and cheese over the bread.
