- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste
