- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 packet tamale seasoning
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
- Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, and tamale seasoning; stir to combine.
